Getting Your Project Scheduled

Three Simple Steps to Reserve Your Project Dates

Ready to get your painting project on the calendar?
Our scheduling process is simple and straightforward. Once you've received your estimate, follow these three steps to get your project scheduled with Queen Bee Painting.

Getting started is easy! Submit your Request a Free Quote through our website, or contact us directly by text.

To help us understand your project and prepare an accurate estimate, please include:

• Your Name
• Project Address
• Detailed Description of the work you would like completed
• Photos of the areas or items that need to be completed

The more details and photos you provide, the better we can understand your project before preparing your estimate.

Once we receive your information, we'll review your project details and provide an estimate based on the scope of work.

Let us know your preferred start date and scheduling availability.

We'll work with you to find dates that work for both you and our project schedule.

Please note: Requested dates are not officially reserved until the retainer has been received.

To officially reserve your project dates on the Queen Bee Painting calendar, a retainer in the amount listed on your estimate is required.

Once your retainer is received, your project dates are reserved on our calendar and your project is officially scheduled.

Your Dates. Your Project. Our Commitment. 🐝

We look forward to bringing your vision to life!

Project dates are reserved on a first-confirmed basis. Completing a quote request or selecting requested dates does not guarantee availability. Your project dates become officially reserved once the required retainer listed on your estimate has been received.
